President Gabriel Morgan and the members of the Hampton Roads Chapter are pleased to announce that National Treasurer Joseph S. Johnson will receive his Doctorate of Ministry in Organization Leadership and Management from the Norfolk Theological Seminary and College during a June 13th commencement exercise at the Douglas L. Wilder Center on the campus of the Norfolk State University at noon.
