Past National President Louis Graham Passes

President Patrick Melvin regretfully reports that Past National President Louis Graham, 71 died Monday following complications from Multiple Myeloma.

Chief Graham served as Commander of the Atlanta PD Homicide, Chief of the Fulton County PD,  Chief Deputy of the DeKalb County Sheriff's Office and Chief of the DeKalb County Police Department.  He retired in 2006.    He served as NOBLE's 19th National President.
