Greater Cincinnati Chapter President Gregory Hutchins Dies

Vice President Earnest McCowen and the members of Region Four report  with great sadness and difficulty the passing of the Greater Cincinnati Chapter President, Gregory C. Hutchins, Sr.,  on November 17, 2010. President Hutchins had a major stroke on Friday, November 5, 2010 that he was not able to recover from.


President Hutchins is a Charter member of the Greater Cincinnati Chapter and has held the positions of Treasurer, Vice-President and his current position since 2003 of Greater Cincinnati Chapter president. President Hutchins is a Retired Federal U.S. Probations Officer for the Southern District of Ohio and a past Hamilton County Probations Officer. President Hutchins was an Alumnae of the University of Cincinnati.


President Hutchins work was the embodiment  of NOBLE philosophy, and he was an active member who attended the National as well as Regional Conferences and he was an avid supporter of the National Scholarship Fund. GREG LOVED NOBLE!
