The Board of Directors of the Police Foundation is pleased to announce the search for the next President.  An independent and unique resource for policing, the Police Foundation acts as a catalyst for change and an advocate for new ideas. The organization also provides research, evaluation and training services. The Police Foundation helps police to be more effective in doing their job, whether it is deterring robberies, intervening in potentially injurious family disputes, or working to improve relationships between the police and the communities they serve. To accomplish the mission, the organization works closely with police officers and police agencies across the country, and it is in their hard work and contributions that the accomplishments are rooted.
