Join Millersville University Police, a community-based, service-oriented department, providing a friendly, safe, secure environment for 8,000-plus students, staff and faculty.  The campus is located in historic Lancaster County, an area with a rich history of social services, beautiful countryside, excellent schools, music, theater, arts, and strong economic base. 

The Deputy Chief will assist the Chief of Police by representing the department to the campus and its neighboring boroughs and towns and by supervising, directing and coordinating the work of the department.  Minimum requirements include a bachelor's degree, five years experience as a police supervisor and certification or ability to be certified as a police officer through the Department of Education (Act 120 certified in the State of Pennsylvania).
