Ms. Sylvia Tunstall is one of the most active associate members in NOBLE. Currently she is the NOBLE National Nominations Chairperson. You will also see her at each annual training conference assisting the national conference committee and national office employess. Sylvia is a retired officer from the Richmond, VA Police Department and has served as the National Associate Members' Representative for two terms.

Northern New Jersey Chapter Swearing In -

The Northern New Jersey (NNJ) Chapter Executive Board was sworn in by United States District Court Magistrate Judge Michael Shipp on Monday February 8, 2010 in the Martin Luther King United States Courthouse in Newark, New Jersey. This was the first time that the NNJ Executive Board was sworn in by a sitting Federal Judge.
