President Kenneth Gregory and the members of the St. Louis Metropolitan Chapter recently donated coats to the U.S. Probation Office, Eastern District of Missouri (ED/MO), "Coats for A Cause" program.
Many ex-offenders are released with little or no clothing, especially without winter attire. The U.S. Probation Office, ED/MO collects donated coats during the month of October and provides them to ex-offenders in halfway houses in Farmington, MO.
The coat donations help protect ex-offenders from the weather elements as they go out to search for employment opportunities and to attend treatment services.
