I am proud to recognize the associate members featured above for their committment to their new chapter president Matthew Horace and the Northern New Jersey Chapter of NOBLE. It is a pleasant surprise to see so many associate members participating in leadership roles in a chapter I consider progressive.     The Northern New Jersey (NNJ) Chapter Executive Board was sworn in by United States District Court Magistrate Judge Michael Shipp on Monday February 8, 2010.
