NOBLE Associate Member Award   

2008-2009

This award is designed to recognize Associate Members within the National Organization of Black Law Enforcement Executives for dedication and overall commitment to NOBLE.

Recipients are also recognized for offering solutions and resources when providing service and support to their communities while supporting the initiatives of NOBLE’s National Associate Members’ Representative in advancing the goals and objectives of the organization.

The recipients of the 2008-2009 NOBLE Associate Member Award are:

• Sergeant Willie M. Mayes Sr. – Kane County Sheriff’s Office - Northern, IL Chapter, Region 4
• Deputy Sheriff Cedria V. Davis - Fulton County Sheriff’s Office - Georgia Chapter, Region 3
