Greetings Everyone,

In the middle of this very chilly season, I extend what I hope is a warm invitation for you to attend the next NOBLE Board meeting in Tampa, FL.  Hopefully this notice will encourage or remind associate members, particularly those in Region 3, to attend and experience a NOBLE Board meeting.    

For those interested in organizational leadership this will be an ideal opportunity to witness how NOBLE works for you. This will be the second of four Board meetings before we arrive at the 2010 annual training conference site. The NOBLE Board meeting is open to all NOBLE members unless the meeting is closed due to an executive session.

Associate members are also encouraged to become active in leadership roles at the chapter and regional levels as well. Your participation on a national standing committee or an ad-hoc committee is equally as important.  The Retired Members' Committee is looking for members to join them in addressing the needs and concerns of retirees within NOBLE.

For those associate members who will succeed me on the Board, it is imperative to attend at least one Board meeting. This will truly begin your preparation as the next National Associate Members Representative or a well rounded member for our NOBLE organization.    

The Winter Executive Board Meeting will be held in conjunction with a Council of President's Meeting at the William R. Bracey Winter CEO Symposium.  All events will be held at the Tampa Marriott @Waterside Hotel & Marina, 700 South Florida Avenue, Tampa, FL  33602.  Listed below is a preliminary schedule of events:
