National Associate Members’ Representative Jill Smallwood-Rustin is proud to announce the promotion of Deputy Sheriff Cedria Davis to the rank of Sergeant effective September 30, 2009.  Cedria will be transferred from the Planning and Research Section to the Community Outreach Section.  Cedria is one of two recipients of the 2008-2009 National Associate Members’ Award which she received at the Annual Awards Luncheon in Norfolk Virginia during the 33^rd Annual Training Conference & Exhibition.
